He joins Excelia as Strategy, Institutional and Territorial Development Director.
Committed to ambitious strategic development and transformation plans for the benefit of learners, companies and communities, Excelia is strengthening its Management Board and creating the position of Director of Strategy, Institutions and Community Development. Tamym Abdessemed will assume this role from September 1, 2022. Based in Paris, he will also manage the new Excelia site in Ile de France. Tamym Abdessemed, Executive Director of ISIT since July 2018.
Member of the executive committee, Tamym Abdessemed will be responsible for:
- Management and execution of Excelia's strategic projects. Particularly notable developments related to future challenges, territorial development and sectoral diversification.
- The establishment of a site policy with the desire to improve relations between the group campus and universities and to improve quality as an EESPIG reference, including them in the regional and national ESR program. Tamym Abdemessed will supervise the director of the campus and will ensure this mission from the campus to the territory.
- Build lasting relationships with all the Group's stakeholders. In particular, we will create and lead Excelia's "think tank" in cooperation with territories, companies and society, with the theme of the transition to CSR and the ecosystem, in particular the DNA of CSR. A dialogue for EXCELIA to identify new issues and respond to them in the form of training.
- Institutional relations with higher education stakeholders (ministry, UGEI, CGE, etc.)
- Management of the Excelia site in Paris.
