Bachelor students at the Paul Bocuse Institute are not lacking in ideas, willpower and ambition. For their 3rd year internship, some of our students made the bold choice to opt for an entrepreneurial internship. The entrepreneurial internship is an opportunity for these students to launch their project, to dedicate themselves 100% to it and perhaps transform it into a real professional project.
